The Mitel applications have provided users with more information to choose how best to communicate, not only making efficiencies but also improving our client interactions. On a very tight deadline to link our offices around the UK to our data centre, VSL was able to begin implementation straight away enabling us to launch as planned and on-time. They painlessly migrated existing on-site infrastructure into their cloud-based VoIP platform working tirelessly to resolve issues on the rare occasion they occur and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

VSL was a constant presence both on-site during the implementation and afterwards via customer support in what ended up being a faultless transfer from our fixed Toshiba system to the Mitel Cloud solution. Retaining constant communications with our existing and prospective clients is of paramount importance and VSL understood this from the outset.

We needed a consultant rather than a salesperson, and when we found VSL, that’s what we got. VSL’s call centre solution has certainly had a very positive impact. We achieved real business improvements overnight. Post-implementation customer satisfaction surveys show that over 95% of customers rate our service as good or excellent.

We wanted a managed solution that provided us with our own private telephone system. The Mitel enables us to have applications and features that enhance our business communications here and now, but also offers us the opportunity to add collaboration, mobile twinning and presence at some point in the future.
