Say Hello To Our Skills Trainer
We are pleased to announce that Rachel O’Mahoney has taken on the new role of Skills Trainer as we look to expand the support and training services we offer to customers, to help them maximise their systems.
Rachel, who joined VSL back in 2017, will be hands-on to help empower customers to use and engage with their technology to the maximum effect, leaving them feeling confident with the solution and with an understanding of how to get the most from it.
Rachel, who is currently working remotely during the latest lockdown, said:
I love dealing with clients and helping them understand how to get the best from the system they have chosen, whether it’s face-to-face or remotely. Often it can seem daunting moving to a new solution that is so integral to a business, but I’ll be holding their hand every step of the way.”
Rachel will also be on hand to assist our customers with their user and administration portals for cloud-based solutions, utilising her expertise in the functionality of the various telephony solutions we sell.
Over the next few months, Rachel will be creating a raft of support content, including videos, to help customers see the benefits of each solution, whether it be hardware or cloud-based software management.
