Administrator Required

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding UK Telecoms Service Provider of Voice, Data and Cloud services. As part of this expansion, VSL are looking for a highly organised individual with an eye for detail.

You will be responsible for ordering network services from telecoms operators such as BT. You will be self-driven and open to learning new products and systems portals. You will take responsibility for communicating with suppliers, account managers and customers. You will arrange the procurement of supporting hardware from suppliers and work with the scheduling team to ensure deadlines are met and installations are seamless. You will need to provide weekly project status reports highlighting concerns and successes.

Once installed, you will complete the billing element of the order using databases. You will take pride in updating of systems accurately for both current and historical value.

The second part of you role will be to organise contracts, updating purchases on customer accounts and organising associated paperwork. Manufacturer software assurances must be purchased and account records updated accordingly. Additional administration duties will be required that naturally compliment this role.

The successful candidate will be a logical thinker and able to stay on top of concurrent projects. They should have excellent communication skills, telephone manner. They should be a polite, presentable individual, with a dynamic, go-getting attitude towards work. They should have ability to work well individually or as a team. They should be a punctual individual, with the ability to meet deadlines, and administration skills should be of the highest standard.

Ideally this is a full time role but for the right candidate VSL can be flexible on hours or consider job share.

Hours of Work are Mon – Fri, 9- 5.30.
