How long have you been with VSL?
2 years! Its flown by!
What’s been your best moment of your career at VSL?
When our new website went live! It was something that we had worked hard to get right. I had loved the entire process, now I maintain it and make sure it’s all current and relevant.
What’s the best thing about working at VSL?
The people, we all get on really well. Every day I enjoy coming into the office, everyone makes you feel so welcome and if I ever have any problem there’s always somebody who will help me.
What’s the biggest change in the industry from when you started to right now?
In the 2 years I have been here I’ve seen a huge increase in data usage on mobile packages. An increasing number of people working remotely means we are supplying business grade home connectivity solutions as well as in the main office.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned working in the telecoms industry?
Successful telecoms companies keep listening to their customers. In the last couple of years our core solutions have been re-packaged to suit the growing need to pay monthly for a bundled communications solution that includes connectivity, handsets, applications and calls.
What’s your favourite product to sell?
From a marketing perspective Ruckus Wi-Fi have a really strong, fun brand that allows me to be quite creative.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I’m a final year university student too so I’ve always got work to do, but otherwise I’m shopping, watching Netflix or out with friends!
What’s your favourite song?

What’s your favourite film?
I think it’s got to be Dirty Dancing, I just never get tired of it.
If you could choose your age forever, what age would you choose and why?
I’m 21 now and I’m loving it, there’s so much going on and everything’s exciting! Plus my hangovers aren’t too bad yet!
What would be the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
Give some money to my local hospice, and then I would buy my dream house and an Audi R8, I’d also buy some houses in other countries so I could go and visit them whenever I wanted.
